Administrators prefer to use the command line to administer user
accounts. Relevant commands is helpful, because you can use them
to construct scripts that simplify common system administration tasks. The
most important commands for administering users are the following:
useradd, ==> which creates a user account
userdel, ==> which deletes a user account
usermod,==> which modifies a user account
